FC Berna, a non-profile soccer club based in Liberty Corner, NJ is looking for a dedicated and responsible Program Administrator with superior organization and communication skills. The successful candidate will provide a variety of support services and will professionally represent FC Berna within the soccer community. The duties and responsibilities are as follows.

Hours: ~ 15 hours weekly (~ 20 hours weekly before Fall Season and ~ 15 hours during season)

Job Description/ Duties and Responsibilities:
· General office and soccer program administration.
· Assisting Travel & Total Soccer Program Directors in setting up, organizing and running Program registrations.
· Ensuring player and coach registrations are completed onto appropriate systems as needed.
(FCBerna.com & US Soccer Connect, etc.)
· Update FC Berna Travel TeamSnap with correct Team Roster and and update field status daily as needed.
· Work with Travel & Total Soccer Director/s to Update Club website with field closures, send out club-wide email communications &
social media sites daily making sure that all current and accurate content is posted.
· Checking and responding to all emails, voicemails and social media sites regularly and in a timely manner. (i.e. 24hrs)
· Working directly with board & committee members to implement agreed upon strategies.
· Periodically producing and distributing league/s required communications to all FC Berna Travel & Total Soccer club members.
· Work in conjunction with Marketing & Communication committee leads to ensure consistent messaging across FC Berna.
· Assist Program Director & Field Administrator in organizing and maintain field schedules
(i.e. field game and practice assignments, referee assignments, etc.)
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Previous office administration experience or project management experience.
· Effective communication skills both written and oral.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a professional and co-operative manner.
· General interest in and/or knowledge of soccer.
· Flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
· Self-reliant and entrepreneurial.
· Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
