Please reference this site for general club-wide COVID-19 guidelines and information. Also continue to refer to your specific team's TeamSnap page and team communications for details regarding your specific FC Berna-Legacy team.

The following guidelines apply to all FC Berna-Legacy club members:

* Bring your own soccer ball and water bottle, clearly labeled to each session.

* Parents must indicate on TeamSnap if the player is attending or not for each session.

* Accepted the FC Berna COVID-19 Hold Harmless Waiver: (Once)

* Complete the FC Berna COVID-19 Health Questionnaire @ Home: 
(TeamSnap HealthCheck or FC Berna COVID-19 Health Questionnaire required prior to each session)
