CLUB COORDINATOR

FC Berna, a non-profile soccer club based in Liberty Corner, NJ is looking for a dedicated and responsible Club Coordinator with superior organization and communication skills. The successful candidate will provide a variety of support services and will professionally represent FC Berna within the soccer community. The duties and responsibilities are as follows.

Job Description/ Duties and Responsibilities:

·      General office and club administration.
·      Checking and responding to all emails voicemails and social media sites regularly and in a timely manner.  (i.e. 24hrs)
·      Working directly with board & committee members to implement agreed upon strategies.
·      Assisting program directors in setting up, organizing and running registration.
·      Ensuring player and coach registrations are completed onto appropriate systems as needed.
       (FCBerna.com, US Soccer Connect (BlueStar), GotSoccer.com, etc.)
·      Must be willing to drive around the local area as needed for Club related business.
·      Provide support when needed for Club events, including but not limited to: pre-season team manager & coach meetings, major tournaments, etc.
·      Update Club website with field closures, send out club-wide email communications and social media sites daily making sure that all current and accurate content is posted.
·      Maintain TeamSnap and update field status daily as needed.
·      Periodically producing and distributing league/s required communications to all Club members.
·      Act as the liaison between the governing bodies, MNJYSA & US Club Soccer, various leagues, president, coaches and Director of Coaching (DOC) and FC Berna board members.
·      Work in conjunction with Marketing & Communication committee leads to ensure consistent messaging across FC Berna.
·      Assist Field Administrator in organizing and maintain field schedules 
       (i.e. field game and practice assignments, referee assignments, etc.)
·      Attend monthly meeting and present status updates to the Board
·      Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

·      Previous office administration experience or project management experience.
·      An interest in and knowledge of soccer in general and within the soccer community.
·      Effective communication skills both written and oral.
·      Strong interpersonal skills and a professional and co-operative manner.
·      Flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
·      Self-reliant and entrepreneurial.
·      Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
